Pengiriman Dana secara Batch ( Batch Disbursements )

  2. Pengaturan PIN

    Arahkan ke Settings>General>Change PIN . Ketik 6 digit angka sebagai PIN anda. Anda hanya perlu mengatur PIN ini sekali tetapi Anda dapat mengubah PIN Anda kapan saja. Simpan PIN Anda dengan baik dan jangan membagikannya karena akan digunakan sebagai tanda persetujuan pengiriman dana.

  3. Unggah File Batch

    Dalam tab Batch Disbursements , Anda dapat memulai dengan mengunggah batch file . Silakan gunakan contoh Excel yang disediakan di Dasbor dengan melakukan klik pada tombol Upload Batch . Format file yang salah tidak dapat diproses.

  4. Validasi

    Demi keamanan Anda dan untuk mencegah kesalahan, kami akan melakukan validasi untuk melihat apakah rekening bank ada dan apakah namanya sesuai dengan yang Anda masukkan. Ketidakcocokan nama akan ditampilkan dan Anda dapat memilih untuk memproses kesalahan apa pun.

  5. Persetujuan Pengiriman Dana

    Arahkan ke Batch Disbursement > Approved untuk memeriksa status Batch Disbursements Anda. Terdapat 4 status di Batch Disbursements :

    • Pending: Batch Disbursements sedang diproses
    • Failed: Batch Disbursements telah diproses dan semua transaksi gagal
    • Check: Semua daftar pembayaran telah diproses tetapi beberapa transaksi gagal
    • Completed: Batch Disbursements telah diproses dan semua transaksi berhasil diselesaikan

  6. Laporan Email

    Setelah Batch Disbursements telah diproses, kami akan secara otomatis mengirim laporan ke email Anda. Pengguna akhir Anda juga akan menerima email dari Xendit setelah pengiriman selesai jika Anda telah mengisi kolom di file Excel yang diunggah.

  7. Mengunduh Laporan Transaksi

    Klik pada daftar Batch Disbursements untuk melihat Batch Summary . Di kanan atas Anda akan melihat download dropdown . Anda memiliki empat opsi laporan: file asli yang Anda unggah pertama kali, seluruh laporan transaksi, hanya transaksi yang diselesaikan, dan hanya transaksi yang gagal.

Step by step guide

  1. Top up

    Please follow instruction to add balance

  2. Setup PIN

    Go to Settings>General>Change PIN. Enter 6 digit numeric to set it as your PIN. You only need to set this PIN once but you can change your PIN anytime. Keep your PIN save and do not share it as it will be used to approve disbursement.

  3. Upload batch file

    Within the Batch Disbursement tab, you begin by uploading a batch. Please use the Excel template provided on the Dashboard by clicking the Upload Batch button. The wrong file format cannot be processed.

  4. Validation

    For your security and to prevent mistakes, we check to see if the bank account exists and if the name matches what you entered. The mismatches are shown and you can choose to process any errors.

  5. Approve batch disbursement

    Go to Batch Disbursement > Approved to check the status of your batch disbursement. Batches have 4 statuses:

    • Pending: batch disbursement are being processed
    • Failed: batch disbursements has been processed and all of the transaction are failed
    • Check: means that all disbursements list has been processed but some of the transaction are failed
    • Completed: batch disbursement has been processed and all of the transactions are successfully completed

  6. Email report

    Once the batch disbursement has been processed, we will automatically send the report to your email. Your end user will also receive email from Xendit once the disbursement is completed if you have filled out the column in the uploaded Excel file.

  7. Downloading transaction report

    Click on the batch disbursement in the list to see the Batch Summary. On the top right you will see the download Dropdown. You have four options of reports: the original file that you uploaded first, the whole transactions report, only the completed transactions, and only the failed transactions.
